The information provided on this form enables us to confirm the availability of the preferred name for your company. Over 300,000 companies have been formed in the BVI, so it is possible that your preferred name may not be available. We therefore request that you submit three alternatives to be checked as well.

If the name is available, "CCP" will reserve it at no charge for ten days. If the incorporation does not take place within this period the reservation may be lost.
